Hiking trail | Memel | The base camp offers a breathtaking view and consists of 3 thatch-roof chalets nestled in the mountains, with no electricity and accommodates up to 35 hikers. The ablution facilities houses 5 flush toilets and showers with hot water, which is provided by a "donkey". Facilities include a gas-fridge, hot plate, pots, pan and kettle. A lapa with braai facilities is also available.
